Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Please review our policy below: 🔹 Deposits & Cancellations A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session. If you cancel your session, the deposit will not be refunded but can be applied to a future session (within 6 months), subject to availability. 🔹 Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled time. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability and must be used within 6 months of the original booking. If you fail to notify us within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to rebook. 🔹 Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened to stay on schedule. A no-show without notice will result in forfeiting your deposit, and a new booking will be required for a future session.
